Medium Roast
Given to those specialty beans whose natural flavors are lost if roasted too dark, medium roasted coffees reveal the essence of each coffees’ unique origin flavor.

Dark Roast
By roasting this distinct collection of rare beans very carefully and a bit longer, Kohana’s roasters unleash a bolder taste and rich aromas you won't soon forget. 

Decaffeinated Coffees
Kohana's decaffeinated coffees are all carefully chosen Swiss Water processed beans. Whether pulling a decaffeinated espresso shot or brewing a cup that won't keep you up - our decafs are top notch.

Cold Brew Coffee Concentrate
An elegantly composed, impeccably smooth and naturally sweet coffee concentrate that can be enjoyed at any time and in any way. For an iced drink, we recommend filling a glass with ice and mixing 1/3 concentrate with 2/3 milk or water, depending on your taste preferences. It can be mixed in a myriad of ways (with ice cream, shakes, smoothies, dessert sauce, as a marinade and mixed with spirits) acting as a coffee shop in a bottle. You be the barista!
