Waialua Estate Reserve
Waialua Estate coffee is grown on 155 acres of former sugarcane lands bordered between the dramatic Waianae and Ko’olau mountain ranges on the North Shore of Oahu. The dry natural processed coffee beans are sun dried on the tree where the sugars naturally ferment the coffee bean. The coffee derives a dried fruit fragrance and tannic coloring from longer contact with the cherry skin, lending the cup a deeper, fuller, slightly fruity quality. |
