Antigua Bella Carmona One of Guatemala's premium Antiguan coffees from Hacienda Carmona, a small estate located between the Agua and Acatenango volcanoes. Kona Estate The Kona farms of the Big Island produce Hawaii's most renowned coffee. Kohana's Kona Estate comes from a farm on the slopes of Mauna Loa with coffee trees nearly 100 years old. The coffee is a blend of extra fancy, fancy, and peaberry beans, and is 100% Kona. Medium roasting gives it a buttery smooth taste that is never bitter. Mexico Pluma don Eduardo A sweet, well balanced, smooth-cupping Oaxaca coffee roasted in the medium range – with a sweet fruity yet bittersweet aroma and fruited, winey hints in the cup. We feel Mexico Pluma don Eduardo is the smart man’s Kona.

Kohana's decaffeinated coffees are as delicious as our regular coffees, but without the caffeine. We roast only the best water processed and Swiss water processed beans.

Decaf Kohana Blend Kohana's signature decaffeinated blend consists of four beans from Indonesia, Africa, Central, and South America, including an exotic peaberry. The medium and espresso roasted beans have complex, full-bodied sweet and winey flavors and fragrant scents. Forget chemical tasting decafs, this is the real thing.
Decaf Espresso Blend When you want a full flavored, full bodied espresso drink without the caffeine, try Kohana's Decaf Espresso Blend. Makes exquisite decaf cappuccino, espresso, latte, macchiato, and americano drinks. Produces a crema from the espresso maker like that of our regular espresso. Sweet tasting with medium acidity, winey flavor, a smooth finish and a maple syrup aroma.
Decaf Colombian A rich tasting, oily smooth French roast doesn't have to keep you awake all night. This offering, the darkest roast of Kohana's decafs, has nice acidity and medium body with slightly tart flavor. Decaf Organic Sumatra Sumatran coffee lovers are passionate about their favorite coffee. Here Kohana offers you the decaf version of our regular organic Sumatra.
